**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Nestled in a vibrant locale, this Italian restaurant offers a tantalizing menu featuring classic dishes and an impressive wine selection. Patrons rave about the authentic flavors, particularly the chicken cacciatore and exquisite tiramisu. Many commend the warm hospitality from the owner, enhancing the dining experience. However, recent refurbishments have marred visits for some, leading to confusion regarding reservations and service delays. While some diners felt disappointed by the atmosphere and pricing, those who embraced the food found it worth the splurge. Overall, this restaurant presents a blend of culinary highs and service lows, with potential for improvement.

We had a reservation for 8 PM but arrived to find that there was no space available for us. Instead of apologizing or updating us on the potential wait time, the staff just awkwardly looked around, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. It felt ridiculous to be standing there while they provided no response. Ultimately, we decided to leave. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The restaurant is undergoing refurbishment and will open the second week in November. Nothing on website to indicate this. I called the number on the website and was told by the owner. It still allowed me to book online.
