Eat serves delicious food! I tried the mixed bowl pho with sweet meat, and the soup was flavorful with a reasonable portion size. However, I felt that there wasn't enough sauce. The fresh chili was extremely spicy! The service was acceptable. We also ordered cold rolls, which were tasty as well, but again, there wasn't enough sauce. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Roll'd Burnside:
I do not recommend this restaurant; it was a waste of both money and time. The tables were not clean, and the roasted pork was not fresh. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5, but the service and atmosphere were both 1/5. View all feedback.
Service under the average, ordered 2 bark shells and got with 2 rice shells after house. pork tasted old and hard, pretty sure was heated again from day before. very disappointed.
BBQ Chicken Bahn Mi was atrocious sloppy, salty and full of coriander stalks. Chicken wings were over cooked and bland. The meat in the Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi was grey So bad.

The roll featured a large, crusty bread filled with dry, overcooked pork, and the texture of the bread was oddly both half soft and half crispy. The accompanying ingredients were disappointing; there was a notable absence of coriander, and the amount of sauce was minimal, failing to adequately enhance or moisten the sandwich. Overall, it was just a large piece of crusty bread with pork that was as lacking in moisture as the bread itself, accompanied by some sparse daikon and carrot. In contrast, small independent Vietnamese eateries offer rolls that are not only tastier but also more affordable. While the cold rolls at Roll'd are enjoyable, I find them too pricey for what you receive. This is what happens when a corporate mindset takes over a dish that should be simple, delicious, and good value—ideally prepared by a seasoned Vietnamese woman who may not speak much English but takes great pride in her creations and cares for her customers.
