Pizza Jerks - Glens Falls

I ordered the Buffalo Soldier slices, which are buffalo chicken topped with ricotta and green scallions. They offered a free drink with the purchase of two slices, which was a nice bonus. The pizza was excellent, with a fantastic crust. I spent around $8.50, and I highly recommend this place if you're in the Glens Falls area. The staff was friendly, and I will definitely be returning!

The restaurant's name is quite fitting, as the service leaves much to be desired. We were informed that our large order for three families would take about 40 minutes, but we ended up waiting an hour and a half, only to receive a snarky response when we inquired about our food. However, the pizza, appetizers, and other dishes we ordered were exceptional — truly on par with great New York City pizza. I wanted to rate the service poorly, but in the end, the quality of the food outweighs the negative experience.

I was extremely disappointed with the timing of my food order. I was initially told it would take 45 minutes, but after waiting an hour and 20 minutes, I called to check on the status and was told it was on the way. After two hours had passed, my husband called again and spoke to a different woman who claimed the previous person must have been new and that the order was just leaving. Waiting two hours for a pizza when I was promised it would take 45 minutes is unacceptable, especially after being misled by the staff. We used to be regulars, but I will not be returning.

Excessive wait time with no communication about it 40+min for a pick up. Came at the tail end of the estimated ready for pick up time. Food was good.

Order a pepperoni small pizza and boneless wings. Food a bit late and got a plain pizza but was charged for my original order of pepperoni. Not sure what happened and got the “oh sorry we are so busy” excuse. But we have to say the food we got was delicious as always
