Frank's Fort Diablo - Glenrock

What a hidden gem! We were traveling to Casper from Omaha and stopped here for lunch. The prices were great, the food was ALL delicious and the waitress and owner were as nice could be! The restaurant was clean and is a typical bar/restaurant combo UNTIL you taste the food. I heard every single table talk about how delicious their food was. In all my 60 years frequenting restaurants, I have never heard that before. We had the brisket quesadillas and Mac and cheese. Let’s just say that the Mac and cheese was the absolute best we have ever had? It is home made and NOT a dieters dish! If we lived in this part of the country, they would know us by name because we would eat there at least once a week!

If you come expecting a steakhouse you'll be disappointed like me they have burgers and some other stuff but no steak or prime rib like the other reviews show this place has changed owners a couple times over the past years and is no longer a steakhouse.

Very good food and lots of it. I had the BLT and it was loaded with bacon! You won't walk away hungry and will probably take at least half of it home to enjoy later. I also appreciated that they had a variety of sides, not just potatoes. I had hush puppies.

Made reservations that were honored. Food and service was excellent.

The best meat of any restaurant in Central Wyoming. Great employees and service!
