I ordered fried chicken wings, french fries and phantom. Not bad for fast food, quenched your hunger and went to the hotel to take a break. Served quickly, everything is tasty and, as always, inexpensive in such establishments.

When I go in the store, I believe the staff are not trained. They have no people skills, quiet often stand around talking. And the wait time, after waiting for yah food, I ask them every time did u put extra salt on the chips, every time I ask. They always tell me they have, I get home to find out there's no salt on the chips at all. I can't understand how else, or what I have to do to get something so simple of putting salt on the chips. When it comes to there customer service it's the poorest service i believe I have received. I now refuse to buy food from that store, due to poor service, it's not just myself, a lot of my family and friends are now refusing to go there now too. The way customer service is now, I believe it's disgraceful and i really have to question how employers are hiring people, that make it quiet clear they don't want to be there serving you, they are there because they have to be. How do employers put these people on the face of there company

The staff are friendly, but it seems they no longer provide towelettes, unlike the Kingston location, which is the cleanest KFC we've visited in Tasmania.
