Rusty Pig - Glennville

A wonderful hometown barbecue joint that serves up fabulous food in a quaint welcoming atmosphere. My order this time was to go , and was immediately packed on ice as I was running two pounds each of their pork and brisket, along with a gallon of their stew, back to Atlanta after tending to some family business in the local community. On other occasions we have enjoyed dine in, enjoying a host of selections off their menu. The folks at The Rusty Pig are good people smokin ' and cooking good food.

The place was packed on a Monday night. That tells you this is a great place!

Waited for more than 15-20 minutes for a simple burger and fries! This was a to-go order and I thought it would have been simple because it was only one person ahead of me. They must understand that people have schedules to keep especially to-go orders. No I would not recommend this place! Got a refund The kitchen is being complicated by the individuals in it!

Staff was friendly and quick. Food was great. Good atmosphere. Had reservation about stopping. Staff was slow a few years ago. Felt more like the place I was use to stopping at today. I'll return, God willing.

I eat here often and this is the first time I have had to do this. Did a phone order picked up food and got home to find 4 onion ring for my side with my burger. Now I know they can surely afford to give me more than 4 onion rings, then not to mention my wings were super over cooked and very dry. Not sure what's going on lately but food has been very subpar...
