I used to buy all my cigarettes at this store until I quit smoking. Connie, the lady who worked there, was very friendly and always nice. Today, I had to stop by because my grandson needed to use the restroom urgently. The new manager was very mean and rude when we asked to use the bathroom in an emergency. This restaurant charges higher prices than any other. I hope the premium gas will make me feel extraordinary to justify the extra $1.20 per gallon they are charging.
No prices on most items so they can charge you ridiculous prices at the cash register. Hit the racetrack down the road.
The daytime experience at this restaurant is wonderful. However, the night shift has recently started closing for a shift change at 10:30 PM, which can be inconvenient for customers. On multiple occasions, the store has remained closed well past the expected reopening time of 12:15 AM. This has been a recurring issue when specific employees are working.
My visit to Shell was pleasant. The card reader at the pump was not working correctly and had to go inside to pay for gas however the customer service experience was good. Was greeted with a welcome in and was given an apology for having to come in and pay for gas. Made the experience that much better
I went to the cashier to pay with my three daughters. When the cashier placed the chips and drinks on the counter, she asked me to move them closer to her. It seemed like she may have been having a bad day, but her attitude was not pleasant, especially for my girls. The cashier had blonde hair and long eyelashes. This incident occurred around 8:55 on September 2nd, 2022.
