What Jaleel Kunze likes about Glenelg Spices:
Called on a Friday evening without reservation, we were greetd by a smiling, friendly face who showed us to a table for 2 - the restaurant was busy, which is always a good sign. The food was sensational, wine list reasonable and service excellent. A really good experience and will return. View all feedback. What Armani Corkery doesn't like about Glenelg Spices:
I used to visit quite often and it had a good range of Thai food which was delightful. Unfortunately it has changed ownership and style, the range of food is minimal compared to what it was, and not of really good quality, staff were good and efficient. Food is now Vietnamese in style but again a minimal range. Very disappointed View all feedback.

read moreYakumi restaurant in Glenelg has recently undergone a change in ownership and now offers a Vietnamese street food section called Lucky Vietnamese Roll. This new addition features various Vietnamese rolls, salads, and snacks. Despite the change, some patrons have expressed disappointment in the quality and variety of the food compared to the previous Thai offerings. Some found the dishes lacking in flavor and spice. However, others have had positive experiences, enjoying the friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and authentic, tasty Asian cuisine. Overall, Yakumi seems to be a mixed bag for diners, with some enjoying the new Vietnamese menu while others miss the former Thai selections.
