Pier And Grill - Glenelg (SA)

I had made a reservation but when I arrived, they couldn't find it even though I had confirmed the day before. The service was terrible and the restaurant was almost empty. We had to wait for an hour for our two meals.

The location is fantastic, but I was expecting a more cozy atmosphere. The restaurant has ample space for big groups of friends or families. It was a bit quiet the night we went, so service was slow.

The staff at the restaurant were unhelpful when I inquired about my table reservation. They seemed unaware of my booking and even directed me to a different restaurant. The noise level was quite loud, which was annoying. Additionally, the food was only average in quality.

Booked and were unable to find the booking, although they reported the day before to confirm. Food was... The service was shocking and it was dead. It took one hour to two meals.

Location is great...but hoped for a more intimate atmosphere. Great place for larger groups of friends or families. The night we left, the food was slow.
