Despite this place having one of the cheapest schnitzels that I have ever seen I wouldn't recommend anybody actually come here, unless of course you are staying at the motor inn, but since it is so far from the major routes into the city I don't see any reason why somebody would do just that. This is a basic pub-style establishment with average food. The dishes are decent, but not outstanding. One of the desserts we ordered seemed to have been microwaved, and arrived soggy and unappetizing. The Super Schnitzel portion was generous. The dining area lacked atmosphere.
Although this restaurant offers one of the most affordable schnitzels I have ever come across, I would not advise anyone to visit unless they are staying at the nearby motor inn. The location is quite far from the main routes to the city, making it inconvenient for most people. The pub itself is just a typical local spot mainly frequented by locals. Overall, I would not recommend going out of your way to visit this place for a drink.
Good meal with huge Coleslaw salad and friendly staff
Eating was easy and nice to go great. the staff are all professional and friendly. well done henson hotel!
