I came across Anesthets on Gladiators while visiting a friend nearby. It is a lovely establishment that truly reflects the community. The staff were incredibly friendly and the restaurant was clean. I went here for the first time today and ordered a cheeseburger sub. I arrived shortly before they told me it would be ready and my sub was ice cold. And when I got home I noticed that there was no cheese on my sub. Never again!
Food is amazing but the customer service is even better! I ordered 3 subs for me my team from this place unfortunately one sub was not prepared the way I asked when I ordered didn't realize it until we were getting ready to eat but long story short I called them back explained they messed up my order the young lady who picked up ended up making it right!! I own a small business customer service is everything. Definitely recommend Gladiators pizza and deli.
