I ordered online on the website, and it was delivered via DoorDash. I ordered at at 8:10 pm, and my order didn?t come until 9:41 pm. The driver delivered my order without a green sticker on the bag, no soda, and the food was cold. I called doordash becausethis was pure negligence. DoorDash directed me to the store because the store gave the driver the food in the manner Imentioned. I called the store, and they did nothing to remedy the situation. This store conducts business in an unprofessionalmanner. I am disgusted by the entire situation. Please! Please! Don?t come to this store. It is malpractice the way they conductbusiness in the San Dimas and Glendora area. Establishments ran with utter disregard for professionalism, and negligence on foodsafety should not be tolerated.

Receiving dry, burnt, and rubbery food is frequent, and even when the food is decent, the service is consistently awful. There’s a lot of attitude just for walking in the door. I work in food service myself and understand how tough it can be, so I always try to be extra kind to employees. Yet, my friendliness is often met with rudeness and attitude. I can tolerate missing or subpar food if the service is good, but when orders are incomplete and the staff at the counter are rude without reason, that’s where I draw the line. I don’t know what management is doing, but clearly, something is wrong if this behavior is allowed. I’d rate this place a 5/10. Avoid unless you don’t mind incomplete orders and rude responses when you request your food.

I waited in the parking lot for almost half an hour, only to find out I couldn’t pay for my food. Now, $50 worth of food is going to go to waste because of the store’s incompetence. I called to order chicken sandwiches and was told they were out, so I ordered wings instead. When I arrived, I saw them selling chicken sandwiches to the person right behind me. He straight up lied to me. How bad do you have to be at your job to be this lazy?

She seems to think she knows how to train her team, but they can't even pack an order correctly! They messed up my order, and when I called the store politely 10 minutes after leaving, I was told to come back another day. When I returned two days later, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. It was shocking to see a manager treat customers that way. She definitely needs to learn some manners before training others.

Although I didn't catch all their names, I was truly impressed by how well these three young men manage the business. They follow customer instructions precisely, which I really appreciate. Keep up the fantastic work!

We can never settle on a favorite flavor—whether it’s Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Lemon Pepper, or Mild, they’re all amazing. And you definitely have to try the ranch; it's a must! The customer service is top-notch as well, with the staff being consistently friendly.
