I told the girl at the window three times that I wanted original chicken, and she just kept saying "okay." This will be my last visit there—it’s just not worth the price you pay. KFC’s quality has really declined. If the management doesn't care about their business, they should just shut it down. It feels like they're taking money from customers by serving old chicken.

My food got stolen, and the delivery driver had to call me to say that the restaurant wouldn't remake my order because it would be a loss for them. But what about me and the $35 I just spent? It doesn't make sense that they allowed my food to be taken by someone who wasn't even a delivery driver, especially since I ordered through DoorDash. This situation is just ridiculous.

The chicken was small and didn’t even give me the right pieces. The fries also have a small amount and the chicken was dry.
