I always go thru drive-thru, I have kids with me always. Staff is friendly. Wait time is very good. Prices are up a little, but the food is great. I love this place more than McDonald's.

I came tonight at 6:44 pm on 2/19/2024 and the cashier was Giselle on the receipt. BUTTTTTTT there was an order lady that cashed me out and handed me my food. I told her my brownie is literally STONE COLD and isn’t it supposed to be “baked”. And she said “that’s all I have”. I then told her “it’s supposed to be baked. It’s cold.” Then tried to give it back to her she declined stating that that’s all they have… i don’t know what’s goin on but that’s not okay. COLD HARD AS A ROCK “BAKED” Brownies.. false advertising if you ask me.

Y'all. you played with my heart. I went there 20 minutes ago and youguys switched out my egg and cheese bagel for a cheeseburger. please. give me my bagel

Manger didn't want to take my order and telling me there close but app says there open worst service ever manger should not be here for it was 350 am saying we're on break before 4;00 am so they can't take orders wouldn't give a name and how I suppose to get food was a waste of my time she was rude and the customer behind me wouldn't like that manger she going to have problems if she is not remove 3:50 is still open was not treated right and other customers will agree will boycott it if the manger not remove not good service and jack corporation going to send I'm sorry for this is not enough 4:00 is close not 3:50 get it right going to make it seem it's ok for there workers to treat customers that keep there business open if no customer no business meaning no money and the workers are out of work
