I always have issues here. Either my meal is missing chicken entirely or they added spices that's not supposed to be on the item. It's always something. Service is very inconsistent, same for the food. View all feedback.
My kid is 6yrs old and loves el pollo loco!!This is her fave! She’s always treated with respect by the employees and is served the freshest food!
The food here is AMAZING!Service has really improved the past few days! I hardly wait so long anymore in drive thru! And A lot of the employees here have improved with their service! 100/100I enjoy coming here even more now!
