this place is fantastic, and they always have a great service. I've been here a few times and it's always busy and even if they're short employees, I always get big customer service. lemonia, one of the superiors, was great and always a pleasure. my way is the jalapeño and cheese and it's great, she's always right! What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Let's make it clear. if this restaurant has a car-duration window, but 3 to 4 customers are waiting for eating after the window, they do not offer a window. fast eating means fast. not in your free time. they just close their doors. View all feedback.
Whataburger has always been reliable with good food. Until you order something on the menu that they must not sell allot of. Ordered an apple pie with my dinner. A usually mild wait now takes over 20-minutes. To cook an apple pie!?!?! But one of thebest parts was requesting spicy ketchup and getting none. No napkins either. And the kicker was grabbing a couple fries to eatand having a long blond hair attached to them. Gross ???? !!! Took the whole order back since I'm not taking any chances. Got afull refund. The shift manager was non apologetic and more concerned with going home. Now that she has to take care of adisgruntled customer. That's ok because there are plenty of other burger joints in Phoenix that will get my business. NotWhataburger!!!

That late shift manager is something special. It's hard to find employees with the customer service skills she has. This location feels like it's headed the right direction. Thank you 3 am manager. I appreciate you! Treat her good whataburger. I forgot to mention they were very busy but very fast 6 cars in the drive thru at 2:20am and I the wait wasn't over 10 min.
Let’s see if it takes less time through the very busy Chick Fil A drive thru (pictured) compared to the 20 minutes of wasted time Whataburger caused me.After checking in on the app, I waited at the Whataburger curbside pickup space for 10 minutes before I tried calling the restaurant. No answer. At 15 minutes, I called customer service for a refund since I was at this point very irritated and so over eating Whataburger, so that took another 5 minutes.The whole time I was waiting, I saw an employee running orders out to drive thru people, so it shouldn’t have been hard to notice a car clearly waiting for curbside pickup.So it took Chick Fil A 17 minutes with probably 20 cars ahead of me. Whataburger, if you don’t want to serve curbside, don’t offer it. ??
I 'd give this location no stars if that was an option. I ordered a breakfast honey biscuit sandwich which was supposed to have a piece of chicken in it. Well there was so much honey on it probably to cover up the dried out way to 'crunchy ' chicken. I will not go back here for anything they have on their menu. The only food item that was good were the hash browns other than that this place is a pass as in don 't go there.
