The service was incredibly fast. As soon as I walked in, I started looking at the drink options and was promptly asked if I wanted something to drink. I was able to place my food order within just five minutes. After reading many reviews, I wanted to add my own: it’s a nice, clean bar with a friendly atmosphere. They also serve food, and the staff is knowledgeable and ready to help you choose a drink if you're unfamiliar with the menu.
The service was terrible. We waited a long time for someone to take our drink orders, and they never returned to take our food order. We saw another table that was seated after us getting served and they complained without receiving an apology. When we asked for our drink check, we had to wait for that as well. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would.
Great location, but it's disappointing when you choose to play a non-LA game, especially during the playoffs, on your speakers and large TV instead of supporting an LA team. Not very cool.
My friend lives around the block and warned me this place was bottom of the barrel? I wish I would have listened. We went to catch a US soccer game here and we were treated horribly. The larger white guy with the weird face beard who wasn?t wearinganything indicating he works there was especially rude. The other staff all look like they don?t want to be there at all (I?msensing they probably treat them bad as well. I want to be where the American outlaws are during game day but after thathorrible interaction I won?t be back again. I?ve worked service industry in multiple states most of my life, I get bad days etc.but my experience was completely uncalled for and utterly unprofessional. I suggest you take my advice and skip this bar.
