Kaneya Sushi - Glendale

This is one of my favorite sushi spots in the valley. It's a family-owned restaurant, which really contributes to the quality and consistency of every meal. You can always count on excellent service and even better food. The only downside to Tokyo Lobby is that it has only one location in the entire Phoenix Metro area. It can get quite crowded on weekends, and the restaurant itself is not very large. However, if you're looking for generous sushi portions at a very reasonable price, it's definitely worth the wait.
