The first time I came here there was hair in my food and now they closed early without posting anything so there are 5 cars sitting outside confused. This is not the first time, they leave hand written notes and make their own hours. View all feedback.

I have always loved eating at Tokyo Joe's and have never had any issues with their excellent food. Located on Colorado Blvd right next to Whole Foods, the location is convenient and the food has always been great. However, my recent experience on 1/27/22 was completely different. I ordered a steak bowl, California roll, and Joe's soup with extra dark broth for an additional $2.10 for curbside pickup. When I opened the bowl of Joe's soup, there was no extra dark broth and only half the soup I usually receive. I called the restaurant to explain the issue and the general manager, Tom, was very rude and unhelpful. He even refused to offer a refund or make it right. When I suggested sending my husband to pick up a new soup, he cut me off and insisted that the order was correct. I called back to speak to the same person and he continued to speak to me as if he didn't remember our previous conversation. I am disappointed with the way this was handled and may consider contacting Tokyo Joe's corporate office to address my concerns. The lack of customer service in this situation was unacceptable.
This location has friendly employees with an attention to detail. The restaurant was clean including the restroom. Of course, the food is delicious. Quick service for a warm meal as well!
Completely ignored me for 15 minutes when I was just picking up an order I placed online and it was sitting behind the counter. Incred rude and didn’t even say Hello back when I greeted them kindly. you have some of the worst employees and your food is horrible
My first experience at Tokyo Joe's was not disappointing. I loved it.
