Tucked in a Glendale strip mall, this unassuming Thai spot blends comforting family recipes and playful fusion dishes—smoky vegetables, bold noodles and memorable Thai/green tea drinks—at affordable prices. New ownership has sharpened presentation and flavor, and staff are generally friendly. However, inconsistent pickup service, spotty phone responsiveness and occasional small portions detract from the experience. Ideal for casual groups, spice seekers and takeout diners who value flavor and convenience with parking on-site.

Last night, I placed an online order for pickup. The receipt indicated that my order would be ready at 8:12 PM. When I arrived at 8:20 PM, the restaurant was closed. I tried calling the number listed for the restaurant on various platforms, but no one answered. I left them a message. We'll see what happens! Service rating: 1/5.
The dishes were greasy and average, and the portions were really small. I ordered the massaman beef curry with roti, Tom kha soup, and yellow curry with chicken. I was hoping to find a place in Glendale that offered food as good as the Thai restaurants in Los Feliz and Echo Park, but unfortunately, this isn’t it.
The staff at Thai Touch are very friendly, and the food is delicious. Whenever I have a craving for Thai cuisine, this is my go-to place! I love their Tom Yum soup, pad see ew (which I always ask to be made spicy), and banana samosas.

This review is not for their food, but is for the service. I am a DoorDash driver and today when I went to pick up the order for my customer, the front lady (who always wears black joggers pants and masks told me the food was not ready and I have to wait outside so after waiting 15 minutes I got suspicious and I went in to check status of my order and I noticed the order gad got ready 10 minutes ago and she never called me in or notified me to say your order was ready. I asked her about the reason And she never answered me
