Sevan has the BEST meat at a fair price of anywhere I have shopped throughout Southern CA. I love this place. The wild boar chops are magnificent and the flap steak is the best I have ever tasted along with their marinated chicken and various kabob meats. This business gets 5+ Stars. Absolute lack of hygiene! You must demand to enter the kitchen before buying anything. Once you do, you will not buy anything! Disgusting!!

This is a clean and efficient little butcher shop. I want to highlight the actual taste of the meat, which has been lacking in many places lately. For the first time in a long time, I've encountered meats that taste how they’re supposed to. Additionally, the smell when you open the packaging is noticeably different from that of the big grocery stores. It doesn't have that off-putting odor as if it’s been sitting out too long; it actually smells like fresh meat should. I highly recommend making the trip here. While it might be a bit pricier, I’d much rather spend the extra money than deal with opening a package of inferior meat, only to end up discarding most of it due to an unpleasant flavor. Guests have even asked me what seasoning I used, but the truth is, it’s simply the exceptional quality of the meat! I’ll definitely be returning here from now on.
