The brunch at this restaurant is fantastic. There is a wide variety of dishes to choose from to suit every taste. The speciality drinks are also excellent. It's convenient to be able to put your name on the waitlist in advance. View all feedback.
What Tammy Eldaher doesn't like about Sam's No 3:
We started with the special “scratch made queso”which was barely heated, and had a weird texture, almost like the milk had been scalded. My husband ordered the pastrami sandwich, and the bread was burnt, had less pastrami and more sauerkraut than it normally does. I ordered the red chili and it was just barely warm. We are long time customers, so hoping this was just an off day. I will update if next visit is better. View all feedback.

I recently tried a delicious salad from Sam's #3 through takeout and it was one of the best salads I've had in a long time. The ingredients were fresh, especially the perfectly cooked 6oz steak, chilled strawberries, blueberries, and spinach. I usually go there for breakfast and enjoy the avalanche omelet, rye toast, and crispy hash browns, but now I know they also offer healthy lunch options. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their diverse menu with more healthy choices. The diner atmosphere reminds me of back East where I grew up, and that's a huge compliment considering I have experienced a wide variety of cuisines in New Jersey and New York City. The downtown location can get crowded during weekend brunch, but the Glendale location has ample parking and a great staff. Highly recommend trying out their delicious and healthy dishes!
Was torn between 3 or 4 stars. Chose 4 because even if this place is a stereotypical does a million things good but nothing great diner with a 20 page menu it 's satisfying. The handheld burritos are bigger than you 'd think
We visited this restaurant in Denver for breakfast and were impressed by the wide range of choices on the menu. The burritos were huge and full of great flavors. The selection of hot sauces was also excellent. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and would recommend this place as a must-visit while in town. The service was good, and the prices were reasonable, averaging around $10-20 per person. Overall, we would give the food and service a rating of 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the burrito!
Lunch at this restaurant was a perfect 5 out of 5 in terms of food quality, service, and overall atmosphere.
