Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Glendale

That is a fairly new load, but it is worse than a ny popeyes huhn that I have ever been! There is always a problem when they go there, they are either from huh, or their drive thru does not work, or their ordering is not right when they get it, and in some places they can only take cash no cards. someone has to look into this load and get new management in there asap!

Bad customer service. Drive thru only waitwas 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich that I ordered and paid for vis mobile app. There is a reason why we order for pick up is some people only have a 30 min lunch break. Bad Business

This is the worst run place ever during the evenings. If they aren't out of everything, you gotta wait 20 minutes or longer for someone to take your order in drive-thru. When you finally get up to the window, you can see why things take so long. The kids are playing around back there.. It sucks because I really like their food.

I've been twice to this location. There was a wait/a line for both times. It was drive thru only and they were out of Mac n cheese BOTH TIMES.. Chicken is delicious and the price for the amount is worth it.. I'll keep going back in hopes that I'll get Mac n cheese at least once! They also have Daily Deals if you sign up..!

Working up the street, the grand opening an opening was very exciting but since then but since then it has been a slippery slope downward. It's a slippery slope downwards to where I stopped coming because the lobby is never open. It's not worth the effort guessing if it's going to be open during lunch or not.
