Everything is fresh, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is delightful as well.

Nice and clean Plenty of space to sit inside, patio or the open area where they call it garden. Full bar and as first time customeri was given a cold Armenian loger beer while waiting for my food. Staff is calm and professional Wait time was around 15 20minutes from the time i paid. Prices are fair compared to similar places (excluding the parking space). I should mention thati have not tasted the food yet !
