While there was a staff member cleaning tables, they failed to acknowledge our presence, not even giving us a glance. The establishment appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning, as it had a somewhat dirty appearance. Disappointed, we decided to leave and opted for a nearby deli instead. We had really been looking forward to dining there.

Too bad because the soup was actually probably pretty good. Also the tablespoon of cheese and the mini bag of croutons didn't match up to what french onion soup should be. Not even close. 2 stars was actually fairly generous. Also, make sure you have ID, as they will accost you when picking up the order until you provide ID. Generally was not a great experience. Wish I could recall my tip, as it definitely wasn't deserved.

They are unprofessional and poorly staffed, all-around horrible service. Not only rude, but they're thieves and dishonest. Bad service, bad management, bad company. Edit: And! They even refuse to answer the phone on a typicalwork day. You cannot resolve issues that they cause and they will not help you. The situation: I ordered 4 items online fordinner for my family, but this location did not inform me that they could not complete the order; when I got there they onlygave me 2 of the 4 paid items, and then REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR THE ITEMS THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME. The females at the front (whohid under the counter from when I arrived BTW) assured me the manager would contact me LATER about MY MONEY THAT THEY STOLE at ALATER DATE, WHICH I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH, and after a week unfortunately this never happened. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTERTERRIBLE SERVICE AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. They stole money from me and I hated every bit of the experience. PANERA IS A BADCOMPANY, or at the least this particular location is INFURIATING TO DEAL WITH AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
