Panda Express - Glendale
Panda Express
Description
A recent dining experience at a local restaurant highlights concerns over portion sizes and food preparation. Many patrons have noted smaller portions for takeout orders, leading to disappointment in their meals, such as undercooked teriyaki chicken and inaccurate orders. While some menu items, like the super greens, remain favorites, consistent issues with food accuracy and quantity have emerged. Additionally, cleanliness standards in the restrooms have raised concerns among customers, with reports of inadequate soap and paper towels. Overall, diners are questioning whether the value justifies the cost, suggesting alternatives might offer a more satisfying experience.

The staff at this restaurant truly care for every panda, and this location is no different. They consistently greet customers with smiles and show great respect. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order because they had run out of Teriyaki Chicken. However, I don’t hold it against them since it was quite busy at the time.
I noticed that they like to move the spoon around a lot to give the illusion of a full portion, but they actually aren't serving the same amount as before. I was informed that next time, they would charge me extra if I asked for a little more. The super greens are my favorite, but unfortunately, they didn't have any available during my visit.
I eat here regularly since I work in the mall and the plates (the size of the meal) are pretty affordable in my opinion, but it was not worth $13 for a bowl of rice and small portions of orange chicken plus an extra $4.40 for a side of WHITE rice that I could literally eat in two spoon fulls. That is to say, that will be the last time I eat at this Panda Express location. Do not mistake me-the customer service is great but my money is worth more at Sbarro or Panera. Thanks but no thanks!
$32 for my husband and I and the portions were so stingy! It was my idea to eat here and my husband was like we should of ate at a restaurant or Chinese buffet same price and more food. I got 5 shrimp and they charge $1.25 extra for what reason they don't even give you a decent amount even the orange chicken was stingy 4 pieces like what the heck all rice pretty much
It's bad enough but they have the bathroom door set up so you can't get out of it without putting your hands all over the inside handle, that should be outlawed in public restrooms, but to top it off there's no soap and no paper towels. I left without ordering because any place that has that little regard for cleanliness can't be safe to eat at
