So filthy inside I couldn’t even bring myself to eat more than a few bites of my food. The little I did consume was grossly over seasoned.

This restaurant used to be a great spot to grab a quick, fresh, well-prepared meal. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Every time I order online, I have to wait 10-15 minutes for pick-up, even though there are plenty of staff behind the counter who seem idle. The manager is often seen chatting with employees, and the plates are not always clean or filled with all the ingredients. I will be avoiding this place in the future and sticking to Hampden University for my meals.

Wow. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Summer Ahi Tuna Salad. When I received my meal, it was missing the squash and the egg. The tuna was obviously previously frozen and then defrosted before being added to my salad, resulting in a terrible texture and taste. I could have gotten a better salad at Denny's. I was shocked because Mod Market is supposed to use fresh ingredients. Definitely not worth $15.

I have enjoyed the food from this restaurant, mainly through delivery or catering. The food is fresh and healthy. However, I have experienced two instances where they served me the wrong food. The first time was not a big issue, but the second time my meal was incorrect and the main protein was something I cannot eat. Due to work commitments, I could not go back to correct it. I ended up eating the sides just to have something to eat. I will not be returning to this location and will be looking for a new place to try. Additionally, I have noticed that the tables and floors are often dirty and the atmosphere is not quite right. It could be due to coming in right after the lunch rush, but it is still noticeable. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.

The food at this restaurant is usually fantastic, but our last experience was marred by finding a mantis in our meal. Despite our complaint, we were only offered a $20 coupon as compensation for the inconvenience. We used to be loyal customers, having spent thousands of dollars dining here over the years, but have not returned in months following this incident.
