Mediterranean Delight - Glendale

Said they were open Uber all the way there as a visitor and was closed . Was so disappointed Plus they don't answer the phone

March 2023 We frequent this place fairly often but today 's visit wasn 't the same quality as before.Food Pricing The pricing is good considering the portions and typical quality of the food. However, this past visit was off. Ordered the Lamb Kebab, they asked how I 'd like it cooked (never been asked that before from here), I said well done. The onion and bell pepper were very burnt around the edges and the meat was as well. Of course the meat ended up being too dry and tough as well.The hummus was good as usual but everything else was disappointing this time around.They also were 'out of water cups '... then proceeded to try and sell us soda from the soda machine (which uses cups) and bottled water. Didn 't end up purchasing either.Service Ambiance 4 tables inside and 1 or 2 tables outside.We really like this place but it 'll probably be some time before we try it again. :

I can always count on a quick inexpensive meal with Mediterranean Delight. It's not the best Mediterranean in town, but it's half the price of somewhere like Raffi's or Shiraz while still being a filling tasty meal. I'd skip their gyros and their fries are nothing special, but everything else is pretty good. Their kebabs are flavorful and juicy, their Greek chicken salad is huge and tasty, their turkey wraps are nice and filling, and I like both their falafel and kebab pita sandwiches. If you're in the area and want a solid and affordable Mediterranean meal, I'd recommend this place. The servers are always really nice too! They do have a few sit down tables but it's mostly a takeout place.

An unexpected yum!Craving Greek food in the area searched on Yelp. This place has great lunch specials. Had enough for lunch another meal.Ordered extra yogurt sauce because I didn't know how much they gave, but they gave plenty included. Hummus was flavorful, pita was thick soft. Salad was nothing to be concerned. Rice was so tasty, plus there was a bonus cup of some kind of tasty red sauce that was Amazing! First time I've ever had that with Greek food. Must learn what that was. Poured in on my rice was Blown away. Left me wanting more! Lunch specials also come with a fountain drink. Great deal!

The salad dressing they use is a national treasure. And the sandwiches are always on time. All for under 10 bucks. Can't beat that with a stick!
