Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
The experience was just okay, but it could definitely be improved. Considering the price, I ordered two large pizzas—a pepperoni and one with everything on it—along with three orders of hot wings. Unfortunately, the wings were a bit dry, likely because they had been sitting around for a while. In my opinion, Domino's does a better job with their food service. Because of this, I would rate my experience two stars. View all feedback.
I waited for my pizza for over 30 minutes. I said that was waiting for 10-15 minutes. the lady never called out my name and it was so far. I would give them 0 stars if I could, but google won't let me.
By far the absolute worst location I called in my order at 4 pm he said it would be ready by 430 I was like why so long and he said they were extremely busy I come in at 430 pm and they are extremely DEAD NOT ONE CUSTOMER. I get to the counter she said my order has not even been started. I look in the back and 3 employees are playing on their phones the phones are ringing off the hook and no one could be bothered enough to put their personal cell phone down and answer the company phone this is the absolute worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. Do better! Hire better!!!
Ordered 2 extra most bestest pizza they said it would take 40min and so I waited only to receive the regular pizza. Didn’t take pictures or call them after waiting for so long I just wanted to eat. Make sure to check the pizza before you leave.
Would not answer the phone when I called. Went in person and they told me it's going to be a 45 minute wait for a pizza! Crazy!
They never answer the phone for orders. Waited 20 minutes wasn't even put on hold it just rang and rang.
