Went through drive thur Gentleman very nice. I order a 4 piece with mash potatoes and a biscuit, added mac and cheese. Came to 15.41. Got home took out the box... read more Went through drive thur Gentleman very nice. I order a 4 piece with mash potatoes and a biscuit, added mac and cheese. Came to 15.41. Got home took out the box and my meal fell out through the bottom of the box, landed on the floor. Biscuit was crumbled. Mash potatoes and gravy, and mac and cheese containers opened up, my chicken skin came off and chicken was just coming off thebone. Was so upset. I called them 7 to 8 times first two times seem like I got hung up on, the other 5 times just busy. Gave anoption to text so I did. Still no response. I call again tomorrow see how it goes.

I mean it sucks because I was expecting to taste that chicken bowl but not mad because at theend of the day they didn?t win my money and went across to McDonald?s????

When we showed up and was gonna order the 8 piece Family Fill Up for $20.00 and when she told me the total it was $38.64!!! I told herthat was not right and when she called the so called manger over he said it was for online orders only! Let me tell you it saidnothing about it being for ONLINE ORDERS on their menu. Obviously he didn't want to honor their special on their menu!! We willnot be going back to this location or any other location for that matter!! Since they put special deals on their menu and do notput ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!! Its not that hard and doesn't take that long to put that in there when running a special!!! Verydisappointed in the service I received when trying to order dinner for me and my family!!! Do not recommend this business toanyone!!!

That was a few months ago, now lastnight I picked up a family meal we all ate and in the middle of the night we're struck by food poisoningagain. Idk what yall got going on but that was the last time for me.
