What Semen F doesn't like about Kalinka Russian Cuisine:
We received spoiled food. Salyanka soup looked like porridge and stretched like jelly. The borscht was a heterogeneous mass, very fatty, with about a centimeter of oil on top. The photo shows that there is half an inch of butter on top of the borscht. The meat looked inedible, like some weird meat porridge, and tasted terrible. All the food went in the trash. Great little place serving really good Russian cuisine. This is my second time here, and each time has been quite tasty. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and even had an accordion player (which was a tad loud in a smallish place, but certainly added to the atmosphere). Outside seating is also available.
