Falsely charged my credit card, I left my register card open and bought 1 single drinks for the night. When I finished the bartender, I said my card was rejected. I thought that was weird, so I said okay, and then I gave her money for my 1 drink, as it was $6 and some changes. the next week I will check my account and realize that they will charge my card $124.98 cents. I called my bank immediately and the bank said there were 4 different fees on my card that all were rejected all fees were over 30-$40. (explains why my card was rejected) I paid my card in cash and without receiving it. I caught the owner in the following week and she said she would help me get a refund and was very nice about it. she said to call my bank first and let her undone, and she would agree that if they came to her. I filled out a dispute, I get my money back, and now they turned it around and said there is not enough evidence that I did not make this purchase. I called the bar three times and every time I call the dame that the owner is not there and was out of town. I'm now responsible for $124.93 cents I wasn't aware of. I usually have never problems here and they are always very excellent, but I really have a hit with this charge and not in the position to repair it has caused a lot of stress.
