Staff seemed very pleasant except for lady who seemed to be manager with 0 customer service skills. I was handed a pre-made sandwich, never asked if I would like any other toppings. When I asked about it the (manager) I guess, reacted by talking in her special tone that the sandwich is pre-made with what it says on the menu when I asked about extra topping she said yes I can add them but then said only mayo and peppers are available for the sandwich i ordered. So sandwich was good as usually from JJs and have never had this issue at other stores. I do usually order delivery so will return to that practice as to not deal with the inferior work force that is available to business owners these days.

Delivery drivers don't know how to read GPS and drop orders off to the wrong houses. Can't be freaky fast if you can't read directionsService: 1/5

I love sun sandwiches. Not a fan of jimmy. It’s not bad. Just not that great or worth the prices. The sandwich is thin and leaves a lot to my imagination. Have encountered rude staff at this location. Restaurant is clean and accessible. Restrooms available.

Food was great but short ugly middle aged woman was very rude and snapped at me when I asked politely for a drink carrier. A simple no sir would have been great but instead I was looked at like I was d and then yelled at stating they don't have any like I should have known. Miserable person and needs to find another job if she can't be polite. Everyone else was amazing and polite.

I typically order delivery through the app, but I've encountered numerous problems. The drivers often ignore the directions to my home and leave my food on the porch during the scorching Arizona summer, without even ringing the doorbell to notify me of their arrival. My orders are frequently wrong, and I'm frustrated with having to give them the benefit of the doubt, as the staff seems to be lacking in competence. The manager has been rude and confrontational, showing little regard for customer service. I reached out to corporate about these ongoing issues and was promised that the owner would call me within 24 hours. That was on Tuesday, and today is Thursday, which clearly indicates that the owner does not care either.

In a blend of culinary accolades and service missteps, this restaurant is noteworthy yet inconsistent. Diners rave about the food, particularly the sandwiches, which are well-crafted and flavorful. However, service issues plague the experience. Rude interactions with some staff, delivery mishaps, and wrong orders tarnish an otherwise promising outing. Despite the lettuce on my unwich falling apart, I still really enjoyed it! I've visited this location twice and have never encountered any problems.

I received my sandwich without the extras I specifically ordered. They were clearly listed on my receipt but weren't included with my meal. It's disappointing when you're excited about a particular flavor, but I guess this is what happens when you order early on a Friday night.

The sandwiches are excellent when they finally make it to me. However, during my last three delivery attempts, I ended up having to cancel my order and ask for a refund after waiting an hour without any sign of my food. I work only a mile away from the restaurant and always pre-tip, but I can’t put up with their slow delivery any longer.
