I visited the restaurant on Tuesday and had a bit of a concerning experience. When I arrived, the staff member who took my order was on his phone, which made me worry about cleanliness since phones carry a lot of germs. I noticed that only one person had washed their hands, and when I mentioned this, the staff member told me there was a wash basin in the back. I noticed that only one person had washed their hands, and when I mentioned this, the staff member told me there was a wash basin in the back. I questioned why they didn't wash their hands before preparing food. I really think they need to prioritize cleanliness. On a positive note, my breakfast sandwich was cooked well, but the tacos were a bit too soft for my liking, and there were no warnings about that. Overall, there are definitely some areas for improvement in hygiene.

I ordered 22 items, but all I received was a sandwich—no drink or hash browns. I also ordered the 30 jumbo platter, but the portions were very small and not satisfying. It definitely wasn't worth the $18 I paid. I won't be visiting Jack's again anytime soon.
Great place food is delivered to car quite quickly when you drive thru. I usually go in and wait is minimal. I get her sourded chicken with 3 pieces of egg rolls. You wouldn't think egg rolls would be good from here, but they are. You have to try!
My husband and I went through Drive Thru last night after a long day. William took care of us and gave the best customer service!! He made our trip pleasant. Kudos to you, William and thank you!!
