I’ve been to at least 5 locations around Maricopa County, and this location is by far the best! Hernando (the manager) has surpassed my expectations every time I have dined in, and his employees are very attentive. Cody was the cashier today and she made my custom sundae perfect! What Robert Mendenhall doesn't like about Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers:
Can't rate this place! Went in for lunch and was there around 10 to 15 min! Had one lady in front of us doing a big order! They had one register open! About 5 or so employees in there! Me and my girlfriend stood there waiting and it was a long wait! We finally left cause the service was terrible! Will never go back to that location, even though I love Freddie's! Staff was friendly lobby was clean but it was VERY hot inside there.
The burgers were good but the onion rings were greasy.
Favorite place to enjoy a steak Hamburger. The fries with their special fry sauce is amazing.
If you like skinny french fries their fries are amazing.
Was able to get Patty melt in a lettuce wrap which made me very happy. However I thought the burgers were very thin, guess that's their signature? To look home made. My hubby really likes them. Shoe string fries and a lot. The fries sauce tastes like mild thousand Island. Small or large size drink, beverage bar for you to fill yourself. The shakes looked VERY VERY good, and different ones to choose from. On a diet though. : . Drive thru available. We sat inside. Not very busy at 1:30 on a weekday.
