Description

Hidden on Glenoaks, this decades-old donut shop is a beloved neighborhood spot known for light, fluffy donuts, classic pastries and hearty breakfast sandwiches. Longtime staff deliver fast, warm service and often tuck in complimentary donut holes, creating a comforting, homey vibe that keeps regulars coming back. Noted drawbacks include a cash-only policy, occasional cold coffee or stale items, and at least one hygiene concern about glove use when handling cash.

Make sure to check out this place! Don't be misled by its exterior. The coffee was hot, and the croissant and donuts I bought were delicious. The staff even tucked some donut bits into their pockets, which was a nice touch!

This is my local donut shop so I may be biased, but you don't stay open for 30+ years without being special. My personal favorite is the ham cheese croissant, along with the bear claw. I also love the old fashion donuts, and the donut holes! If you're in the area, this is a great spot to start your day.

Many admiration for the two gentle ladies who lead this place. Early and late. For the first time 2 days ago and I am already a regular customer. I tried the other places on Glenoaks, including Bob's Donuts and Yum Yum, and something was missing. This is the place where I feel at home. What is more American than these two ladies who work so hard to serve other hard-working Americans? Typically I get a cup coffee and a standard donut like a simple cake or chic, and they are as good as any other shop. Leave a tip if you appreciate your service.

I decided to stop by this place because I was craving something sweet for breakfast. I was warmly greeted by two lovely older ladies behind the counter. I ordered two donuts and paid $2.50, but to my surprise, the lady also gave me four free donut holes! They have a wide variety of donuts and pastries to choose from, as well as drinks and chips.
