Yesterday I went into this Dunkin? an sat there in line for 10-15 mins and the guy at thecounter was never greeted or acknowledged she was there yesterday as well and kept ignoring the customer at the counter.Absolutely worst customer service!

I have been coming to this location for a number of years. The service hasn?t been top notch but it?s progressively gotten worse. They mess up orders. They have... read more I have been coming to this location for a number of years. The service hasn?t been top notch but it?s progressively gotten worse. They mess up orders. They have you wait for 15 plus minutes in the drive through every time. There is 5 plus employeesworking every time. Today I ordered two coffees 1 sandwich a 10 specific munchkins. The rep in the window says here the sandwichyou ordered but the receipt for your full online isn?t printing can you tell me what you ordered. So I inform her my full order.She then proceeds to tell me we don?t make one of the drinks hot they only come cold which is incorrect. Then I tell her I needthe 10 munchkins she walks away goes and fills an order puts it down then proceeds to forget about my order. The other ladymaking coffee makes my hot coffee I ordered properly. And I sit for another almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to see me stillsitting there finally the rep running the window notices me and I remind her I need my 10 pumpkin munchkins and she walks awaymid sentence and when she comes back she gives me a 10 variety munchkins. I understand that they are busy and have a lot goingon but for someone to give me miss information multiple times and a wrong part of my order is tiring. I have been going hereless and less. But because it?s the only location I can easily access I can?t say I won?t ever go here again. But it will be fewand far between from here on out.

I haven?t visited the Glendale area since 2015 when my bestie and I often ordered from this specified Dunkin?. I highly recommend this Dunkin? branch as thewoman who assisted w/ my order had been friendly, efficient, and generous as to provide a tiny pile of napkins.

From the delivery staff to management and leadership, I am thoroughly impressed. Today, on National Coffee Day, they handled the specials and the long line with such professionalism. I'd much rather wait in a long line and be treated with kindness and respect than be served first and treated poorly elsewhere. Kudos to the Dunkin' team at this location—your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Your kindness and professionalism truly make a difference!
