I've been here 3 times and the food is always good. It's a hidden seafood gem right near the Arrowhead mall. It's clean and the waiters/waitresses are very nice. I always get the same thing (captains choice) with the signature blend which I feel is thebest value for all the items I love and it's really delicious. Server was great. However, this place is a disappointment. They use imitation crab for there crab fries but the pictures have real crab. I don?t normally write reviews but this place is sooo bad. We got two lbs of shrimp boiled in water for aridiculously high price. There was no flavor. Best you go to Hot n Spicy or Angry Crab. View all feedback.
Nice menu options. Clean place and wasn't busy when we were there which seemed it deserved bigger crowds, but this time of the year and on Tuesdays may not be a lot of sports out. We were there closer to 1pm. Unusual that a restaurant doesn't open untilnoon. Would rather say 4.5 stars because fish breading seemed be a little overdone/dark. Flavor was good. Fries were good.Prices are reasonable for the area. Portions not big but not too small.
Clam chowder, creamy with good amount of clams. Perfect, definitely recommend. The Crab Fries so tasty, packed with enough flavors. The Castaway Combo freshest seafood boil I?ve had in Arizona. Customer service was great! Waitress was nice the musicwas explicit, Kehlani R B vibes.
Our first time dining in and we love it! The food was seasoned great and the service was good as well. We recommend coming to try them out for sure.
We were really excited for a new seafood place and I believe it’s one of the worst. I do want to say the crab fries were amazing. The service was bad. I don’t really blame the girl she was young and you could tell she has little to no training. The shrimp was awful. I asked for a side of hot to try it and was charged six dollars. Multiple things were forgotten. I asked for limes with my beer and was told 15 mins after I received my beer they don’t have any. They forgot to put the mussels in our bag. I got my $6 side of hot after asking 3 times and got it halfway through the meal. It was not busy at all on a Saturday night and now I know why. As we were leaving the table behind us starting complaining. Pass
