Not a good experience! The food line was disgustingly dirty..food juice on the glass! There was no more watermelon lemonade and they were not able to refill Short staff Lobby area was dirty no clean tables! While we were there eating since my kids werehungry staff didn?t come out to clean any tables or the floor or the fountain Machine over 40min time frame There was oil orslippery liquid In the hall way to the restroom?an accident waiting to happen!!! THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS HELP!!!
To be honest our order has not been correct a single time at this location. Either an item is forgotten, incomplete or on this case just raw. They Served uncooked rice, and the ?corrected? order was the same and when asked we were told it?s becauseemployees are being trained on how to cook rice but that they can put the rice on the side instead. Not sure if it?s amanagement issue but this location really needs some TLC.
Last 2 times I was here, out of steak, out of carnitas. Figure supply issue. Service is slow. I see people waiting with 3 employees wandering around doing something else. I thought customers come first but they are to busy I guess. This was it forme. Got my burrito rolled up smashed out all salsa and guacamole. I thought rolling a burrito was a requirement to work here.Disappointed
Made an order for the family through the app. I do love the app and it makes getting food super fast and easy. Arrived at the store and the store was not very busy and the appearance was clean and inviting. After i checked oit my order, I discovered wewere missing the queso cheese dip. Everything else we ordered was in the bag. So, after getting the missing dip, went home toenjoy our meals. I should have checked the meals! All the orders were complete except for mine. I ordered a bowl with carnitasand there wasn't any! Needless to say I wasn't happy. This is the second time our order have been made incorrectly. Although themeat was missing, it was still good. However, I did not get my money's worth. This was unfortunate since I had checked prior andfound the other issue regarding the dip. As convenient as the app is, it may be best to just go in person and order. We did likethe food but was not super happy with the outcome. I recommend going in person or thoroughly checking your order prior toleaving the store.
Ordered food for pickup and only got half my order. That was over an hour ago. I called in and they said go to the email and submit your issue they. That doesn?t work at all. Came back to the store. Stood there for 15 minutes and had to be rude to get anyone to assist me. I?m still waiting on the order that they finally said they would remake. Horrible customer service and I am out $50 for one burrito bowl?! This is not worth it. Go anywhere else. I?m leaving without my food. I don?t have time to wait two hours for an online order. My last bad experience with Chipotle. This is NOT the first time I?ve had a bad experience. The ?mistakes? outnumber the correct orders.
