The staff seemed to be distra... read more I would give this place a half-star if I could. We arrived two hours before closing and there were only 3 or 4 people ahead of us. The staff seemed to be distracted, spending time eating in the back. By the time it was our turn, they had run out of all the meat we wanted, so we had to wait for them to cut more. Additionally, the table where they prepared the food was messy and covered in spills. Despite seeing about 10 people leaving, the service was lacking.

They frequently get my orders wrong, which is why I stopped using their online and app ordering. Today, I went in person with my fiancée, who ordered a steak salad. The salad had maybe 15 pieces of lettuce and barely any steak. She asked for guacamole, but it was brown. That wasn't even the worst part. There was a large chunk of meat fat mixed in with the guacamole. It was a terrible experience once again.

We pulled up 2 hours before they close and they had no meat cut dirty stuff everywhere at dishes they were eating in the back had one person on the line and we... read more We pulled up 2 hours before they close and they had no meat cut dirty stuff everywhere at dishes they were eating in the back had one person on the line and we had a 10-person line and at a moment they had nobody working the counter they acted like as ifwe were bothering them it was the afternoon shift on a Friday night I don't know why the manager decided that these people couldhandle working this shift I guess good help is hard to find

I went... read more I have visited this Chipotle 10+ times. They are consistent. They consistently get orders wrong. I stopped placing online and app orders because of this. I went in person today and my fiance got a steak salad. The salad had 15 pieces of letuce maybe andbarely any steak. She asked for guacamole and it was brown. That's not the worst part about it. In her side dish there was agiant chunk of meat fat mixed in the guacamole. Horrible visit once again
