The staff seemed to be distra... read more I would give this place a half-star if I could. We arrived two hours before closing and there were only 3 or 4 people ahead of us. The staff seemed to be distracted, spending time eating in the back. By the time it was our turn, they had run out of all the meat we wanted, so we had to wait for them to cut more. Additionally, the table where they prepared the food was messy and covered in spills. Despite seeing about 10 people leaving, the service was lacking.

They frequently get my orders wrong, which is why I stopped using their online and app ordering. Today, I went in person with my fiancée, who ordered a steak salad. The salad had maybe 15 pieces of lettuce and barely any steak. She asked for guacamole, but it was brown. That wasn't even the worst part. There was a large chunk of meat fat mixed in with the guacamole. It was a terrible experience once again.

Other places are pretty decent. But I wanna get my moneys worth. They literally just barely even putanything in my bowl. Not the burrito this place sucks. Don?t even bother buying anything from the app with em. They will rip youoff.

We arrived 2 hours before they closed and with 3 or 4 people ahead for us the employees were playing around some eating in the back and by the time it was our turn they were out of ALL meats we had to wait for at least(chicken) to be cut also out of almost all the toppings the table they were preparing the food was full of spilt over foodalthough we seen about 10 people working it seemed all was a mayhem employees running around without order and leaving the frontcounter leaving us and the 10 people behind us just standing looking at each other not understanding what was going on
