I finally went to Bistro on the Glen, and it was really nice. Even though this place wss quite busy, we were able to find a seat. Our waitress did the best she could given all the customers. She finally got to us and was very attentive. We had the fish n’ fries. The cod was really good, and the fries were delicious. It is a very nice family friendly restaurant that has a neighborhood VIBE. Keep up the great work!! .... View all feedback.
What Quesa williams doesn't like about Bistro On The Glen:
Please be mindful when you're ordering from here. I looked at the menu online, tried to call to place an order, was hung up on twice, then I went to place an order in person and the prices are higher on their menus than whats online and then the price was even higher on my receipt. The only explanation I was given was, the person needs to update their site online and they believe it was extra for cheese. I said well... View all feedback.
Softly played piano tunes and bistro decor made this a pleasant outing. Host was cheerful and initially attentive, but our drink order was unusual (chocolate malt, rather than alcohol) and didn't arrive before the meal (probably was never made), so we cancelled it. The waitress was friendly and attentive, no complaints there. Tenderloin was amazingly tender, garlic mashed potatoes were tasty, and the garnish of onion rings hit the spot. Ribeye steak was deliciously grilled, but had a lot of fat and grizzle, and therefore was understandably chewier than my husband's tenderloin. Baked potato was generously sized; sauteed mushrooms were a treat. Overall, we set out to have a nice steak dinner, and mission was accomplished.

I said well I asked for light cheese and you still charged me a whole extra 1.00, all I got a shoulder shrug. I won't be back!!!
After 30 years today is the last time I eat breakfast here. Two eggs, bacon and two pancakes a coffee costs me $28.50.The rise in prices are extraordinary.the staff were embarrassed. It appears this ‘old school diner’ is moving toward the Bistro style image. However, the menu is still offers the same old school choices at much higher prices.
Met by best friend here for lunch yesterday. She had the turkey club and I had the half sandwich and soup. Everything was VERY good! Will definitely be back!!!
