Visited for happy hour yesterday. We had excellent service in the bar area by Jordan, the bar tender. He was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu items and happy hour. Great food, excellent margaritas, great prices on the happy hour. Great experience. View all feedback.
What Jessica Betschart doesn't like about Barrio Queen:
My husband had enchiladas they were dry. I had Birria tacos they were bland. My daughter had tinga tacos that was bland. Nothing tasted authentic. Spent 130 bucks and was not satisfied with the food at all. Service was great food was not. Will not be returning. View all feedback.
Used to be one of my favorite places. My husband and I went for lunch and waited for a table in the bar. There was one empty table. We waited for about 10 minutes. The staff was not watching the door. A couple came in and walked to the bar and sat at the empty table. We walked out after letting them know why we left. We won't be going back.
Won't be back, skull pics everywhere. Receipt does not itemize, just gives a total. Menu prices were misleading in my opinion....$65 for 2 guests, both had tacos $15 for 3 each. Had guacamole live and the bill comes to 65!. Oh well, live and learn. I'm not accusing, I'm saying it didn't add up right in my head.

I found the food to be standard. Service was very good. Second time here. I love the building and decorations!
Very good food. Good service. Immediate seating for our party of ten. A little bit expensive for tacos, but the quality of the ingredients makes it worth the cost. They make their corn tortillas. Everything on the menu sounds delicious.
