That was a mistake.... read more Service was good in the bar area. Half price apps were very good. We had the boneless hot and waffle fries. We then ordered the two for $25. That was a mistake. We both had the burgers and they came out almost raw, the meat was cold. They made a couple new ones for us but by then we were done. I will come back again, but no more burgers. No wonton tacos until after 4pm. That was kinda the reason we went to Applebee's!

She asked for the steak to be cooked medium, but... read more We ordered takeout from this restaurant. I had the ribs, which were good. My wife ordered the steak and shrimp. She asked for the steak to be cooked medium, but it was overcooked. The shrimp were also dried out. We called the restaurant and they said they would replace the meal. When we went back, the steak was still not cooked properly. They ended up giving us the meal for free, which was a nice gesture since my wife did not get the dinner she wanted.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had a bee. the waitress was good and we ordered the 2 for 33 the huhn alfredo was burned and watery and the bourbon stree... read more Absolutely the worst experience I ever had a bee. the waitress was good and we ordered the 2 for 33 the huhn alfredo was burned and watery and the bourbon street huh and kartoffeln the only thing that was hot the plate. but it will be better if I got up to find the waitress who yelled at me like a child and told me to sit back to my place. I don't like being screamed in a restaurant full of people without a ground.

My dinner partner... read more The server was super nice but unfortunately I can not remember his name. The manger was awesome and made sure to make up for the cooks issues. My dinner partner and I ordered the same thing, they messed up his order from the start and had to recook it(before it was brought out) the server did come over and explain what happened and let us know it was going to be a littlelonger for our order because of the mishap but we were fine with that. When our food came out mine was extremely burnt and drybecause they decided to double cook mine to keep it warm. His was also very undercooked because they were trying to rush theorder out. Have had the bourbon garlic chicken and shrimp from Apple Bee's plenty of times, but this locations cook wasdefinitely not up to par that day. The customer service was good though. Always willing to give a place a second chance if theymake up for the mishap that takes place. Nothing beats great customer service not even a great cooked meal.

The positive thing is that it is stays open late so if you are looking for a late diner, this could be your option. Staff is so friendly but you will gotta wait to get in. Even though you will see empty tables bug they won’t let you in. Food is okay.
