My dinner partner... read more The server was super nice but unfortunately I can not remember his name. The manger was awesome and made sure to make up for the cooks issues. My dinner partner and I ordered the same thing, they messed up his order from the start and had to recook it(before it was brought out) the server did come over and explain what happened and let us know it was going to be a littlelonger for our order because of the mishap but we were fine with that. When our food came out mine was extremely burnt and drybecause they decided to double cook mine to keep it warm. His was also very undercooked because they were trying to rush theorder out. Have had the bourbon garlic chicken and shrimp from Apple Bee's plenty of times, but this locations cook wasdefinitely not up to par that day. The customer service was good though. Always willing to give a place a second chance if theymake up for the mishap that takes place. Nothing beats great customer service not even a great cooked meal.

My wife didn't check the food before we left. The steak was not even close to medium and her shrimp were all dried out, so shecalled them and they said they would remake it. We went back shrimp were right steak was still wrong. They ended up giving usthe while meal for free which was great it just sucked because she didn't get the food she wanted for dinner

He sent our server Jeryl over super swift and got our order in on time! She continued to have a smile and serve withgrace and positivity the entire time! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I waited for thirty minu... read more If I could give no stars I would. I have been to this location a few times. My last visit 8/19 for a curbside was absolutely ludicrous. I waited for thirty minutes and then waited 45 for my daughter’s. They were ordered online, ahead of time. WhenI finally got home, my husband’s meal was missing items. I called the store and was assured the manager would call me back. That Did not happen. Will not order again.
