The terrace at this restaurant is fantastic. The dining experience was pleasant and the service was excellent. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed their pizzas, especially the pfefferoni and buffalo chicken, and appreciated that they had a good gluten-free crust option. We had a wonderful dinner with my family here! What User doesn't like about Pronto's:
....so now the Chicken Vesuvio comes with peas and less chicken. Clever, but customers do notice, especially when it's my go-to dish here. I won't be ordering that again!.
Extremely rude workers. around 6:30 pm this man on the phone called us back to let us know the cooks could not make our pizza the way we ordered it because it’s “not what they do, and they’ve never done it that way”. we’ve ordered this pizza on multiple occasions, so that was a lie .. regardless of that, the man that spoke to us on the phone was extremely rude and very patronizing. i don’t understand being rude to your customers. this experience was very disappointing and i would recommend working on customer service skills at this location.
Ive been a loyal customer for years due to Pronto’s service and food. However, when i tried to place an order today, I received a call back that it was not able to get fulfilled. Ive ordered this order several times and the guy who called me was extremely rude. He said the cook was not making that order tonight and laughed ? An apology and explanation would have been more appropriate. Please value and respect your customers. I will no longer be supporting or bringing my business to Prontos.
We had our mom's Celebration of Life catered by Pronto's yesterday (9/21/24). On time delivery and FANTASTIC food which received many compliments from our guests. Thank you for making and bringing a second pan of beef so quickly! Excellent experience!
Would have given 5 stars in the past, but the last cheese pizza we had just tasted like salt. I wish they would go back the original Pronto’s recipes/ingredients for anything that changed after the ownership change. Some things are still 5 stars like pastas, house salad and dressing, but other things have changed.
Had a few of these grapefruit IPAs while we waited for our dinner, unbelievably delicious, hopefully they stock them routinely! Also, the blackened shrimp fettuccine alfredo was supreme.
