hungry jacks in glendale has the worst customer service. her personal is rude and ignorant. I was there for business and needed a reception. the one I got was faded. when I asked for another, everything I got was the order intake, and for an hour they argued with me that this was all they could give me. The Chicago Angus burger was the worst I've ever had. It wasn't even wrapped properly and was very disappointing.
The restaurant offers great bang for your buck, and their burgers are delicious.
Hadn't been here in a while due to poor service food quality. Decided to give them another go, what a suprise! minute wait for stone cold food as always. This store has to be a frigin joke. I don't know where some people think they're getting their hot food from, because it's certainly not from here. Change your slogan to, The burgers are always cold at Hungry Jacks.
Ordered their new pulled beef and Angus burger.. taste better than a few restaurants Ive been to. Chips are way better than Macca's and KFC
Extremely slow service and burgers were disheveled when opened. More attention to detail with better training and/or more staff is needed here.
