My wife and I have decided to eat here and eat at this time instead of going. People remember when you take out, and it's a little deep-fried not expecting it to be crispy. Because of steam and condensation, it is lowered into the container. I had the General Tsos Chicken and really enjoyed it. Good taste from the sauce. What Ryan F doesn't like about Royal Garden Everest Cafe (w Silver Spring Dr):
This restaurant was a huge disappointment. Despite hearing positive reviews about Everest Cafe's flavorful Nepalese cuisine, our experience was terrible. We ordered takeout and when we got home, we were shocked by the quality of the food. The crispy vegetable pakora we were looking forward to was soggy and wrapped in plastic wrap. The Daal and Tarkari vegetarian curry were in cracked and leaking plastic containers, m... View all feedback.

I have sought high and low for good, authentic tasting of Chinese foods. My long place of 30 years is closed because of the pandemic and I needed to go somewhere else. I ordered the usual shrimp fried rice, potstickers and sweet acid chicken meat. The food was so good and very fresh. I went on a Sunday night and they were busy and I can see why. I'll go on as long as the quality remains the same.
We gave the Nepalese menu an attempt and loved it. We ordered the combination plate that let us try a few things. We ordered it mildly, but there is a way to make it more spicy. We also have the chicken dumplings that were delicious. The Samosas we had, in my opinion, were some of the best in the city. Try it. Your Chinese meu is also good and we have the sweet and sour chicken and pig with Beijing sauce for our children.
This was my first visit to Royal Gardens on East Silver Drive. The food was delicious and I couldn't believe how big the portions were. I had to use three containers to bring my leftovers home. The food is worth the price, God wants me to take my Grandson when he returns.
Walked in and the place was nearly empty. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was kind and asked how we wanted it spicy. The food was pepared quickly and was fresh and nice and hot. I enjoyed the peacefulness with my wife and would eat there again.
