Tim Hortons - Glencoe Canada

I always make a stop here on my journey from Chatham to Stratford, and I've never been disappointed. I'm definitely a regular, and they consistently raise the bar for the places in Chatham, haha. Plus, they still cut their bagels!

Every time I visit, I'm treated with respect and receive prompt service. The staff are friendly and easy to connect with, and they all have a great sense of humor. The coffee is always perfectly stirred and, without a doubt, the best Tim Hortons in the area.

The Glencoe location offers friendly customer service, but the consistency of the drinks and food could use improvement. The hash browns are often quite dry, and the drink I received today resembled a cup of hot milk, which would be acceptable if that was my order. I kindly request that more attention be given to the final product. Thank you.

I brought my granddaughter here for a little treat and somehow managed to leave without my wallet.It wasn't until I went to buy something 4 days later that I noticed it was missing and remembered the last place I had used it. I called the Glencoe store was thrilled to discover they had it! I drove immediately to retrieve it and found it entirely untouched with all the contents intact, even cash! I was so thankful to find there are still businesses and staff of integrity and commitment to help
