The room was cozy, though, with a... read more Good location of the hotel, but I was disappointed to see we got the room without any windows looking out, which is my fault. The room was cozy, though, with a good bed. The bathroom, on the other hand, was not properly cleaned before we came there, so I was a bit put off by that. No soundproofing in the hotel rooms makes it very unpersonal as you can hear everything the other people are doing in their rooms and vice versa. The breakfast was amazing, especially the french toast and the scones, so it's definitely a big plus there. We also had some live piano entertainment on ome of the nights which was very good.

The owner manager Emmy was super efficient and flexible and had a great system for easy payment. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and we all had such a great time. Highly recommended!

They had beautifully decorated the table in her favorite color, which added a special touch. The croissants, quiche, and scones were delicious, and we enjoyed a great selection of tea and mimosas. The service was excellent, and the manageress was very friendly and efficient—definitely a significant improvement from the previous experience I had. I highly recommend this place for high tea, breakfast (their omelettes are fantastic), or any special event.

Its location on a busy road provided us with a strong sense of security. The staff went above and beyond to deliver a warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating experience. A special shout-out to Emmy, Nolan, and the lovely girl with the bright smile, who made our visit truly memorable. Emmy even kindly offered to help us with laundry, knowing we were traveling with an infant. The breakfast selection was lavish, and we were particularly taken with the beautifully crafted coffee made by Nolan. We couldn't help but wish we had stayed longer. You can be sure we will be back to this hidden gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Simons Town.
