This is a poorly run, troubled location and likely to close. I’ve had missing food on several visits mostly due to insufficient supply. Chicken, fries, and burgers, yes you’re reading this right they were out of the basics. Now when they close early and you can’t pick up your prepaid food on the app. The leadership blames the customer. Gadzooks choose another place. View all feedback.
Always messes up whoppers and always out of a drink or two which doesn’t show on app. So if you have someone pick up an order, be prepared to get a call that this location cannot fulfill your order. Today they didn’t come close to making our whoppers correctly. Almost inedible ?
Absolutely terrible. Could hear the manager getting on the cook, mentioning writing him up, which got my burger wrong, not once, but twice. I ended up asking for a refund because of how unprofessional they acted. Will not be back. Disappointed.

This was the most awful Burger King food I have ever ordered. Fries was not done. You them up and they wilt oversideways. In comparison to my fish, which was over cooked and black along the edges tough . Got screwed at the drive threw on Thanksgiving .
Ordered from the mobile app, so I knew everything was right. Pickup my food and check to make sure. I'd ordered the Bacon King with no mayo add mustard. I received the burger with no mustard and extra mayo. I also ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich plain, with mustard, ketchup, cheese and bacon. It came with the normal fixings, lettuce and mayo. I took the sandwiches back in and it took about 15 minutes for them to be remade. This isn't the first time I've had issues in the evening ordering from this Burger King. I don't seem to have these issues ordering during the day time for lunch. I can say that I remember this store being very fast when you ordered, but it the past few times I've been it's taken 15-20 minutes in the drive through.
